Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PlantMed's website, products, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "User") and PlantMed Tech Medical ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the PlantMed website, mobile application, and all associated services.
- "Products" refers to all medical devices, equipment, and supplies listed on our platform.
- "Order" refers to a purchase request submitted by a customer through our platform.
- "Medical Device" refers to any instrument, apparatus, or equipment intended for medical purposes.
- "You" or "Customer" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our platform.
Products & Orders
All product descriptions, specifications, and images are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our platform are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Some medical devices may require a prescription; it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, including for orders that have been placed but not yet confirmed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. For institutional customers, net-30 terms may be available upon credit approval.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Insurance is included for all shipments.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Custom-configured or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at returns@plantmed.com with your order number and reason for return.
Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as specified on each product page. Warranty periods range from 1 to 5 years depending on the product and manufacturer. Extended warranty plans are available for purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlantMed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform or products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to our business or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use our platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, United States.
